Oil and gas instrumentation engineering firm JWF has passed the £10m turnover landmark, following a period of record growth for the company.
The business supplies instrumentation to the process industries with an emphasis on the North Sea oil & gas sector.
JWF's focus on the Scottish offshore oil and gas market has enabled a string of significant contract wins with the major oil and gas companies based in Aberdeen. This success has seen JWF quadruple its revenue over the past ten years, allowing it to double its workforce - 60 per cent of whom are qualified engineers.
To accommodate the expanded team, the business relocated earlier this year to a larger, state of the art, premises which will enable further growth. JWF works within a global supply chain served by manufacturing facilities in Canada, France, Germany, Italy, UK and the US.
Martin Kerlin, Oil & Gas Director at JWF said "We have developed a strong reputation for the quality of both our products and importantly the continuity of customer service we deliver to our customers. Our customers see this continuity as being an asset to their businesses."
“By expanding both our team and services we offer our clients, we will be able to meet increased demand for our products and engineering expertise. Both existing customers and potential new ones will benefit from the development of the newly formed JWF group which consists of JWF Process Solutions, JWF Instrumentation, JWF Metering and JWF Service.”
“The company has been in business for more than fifty years, providing steady growth to the level that JWF are considered to be a leading supplier to the markets we serve.”
“JWF is determined to demonstrate our commitment beyond measure to all our customers, offering a truly consultative approach. We will continue to invest in this proposition and further develop our close relationships with our key suppliers in order to pursue continued growth not only in the Aberdeen market but also in established and emerging international territories.”
